Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

• Cancel 24+ hours before: full refund to your original payment method (usually 5–10 business days).
• Cancel within 24 hours: may not be refundable unless the venue agrees.
• No-show: no refund.
• Venue cancels, or the court can't be used as booked: full refund, including any fees.
• No hidden fees: the price shown at checkout is the total you pay, GST included.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure — for example the court is unavailable, unsafe or materially different from what was booked — you are entitled to a refund. For minor failures we will fix the problem or provide a partial refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How to ask for a refund

Cancel from My bookings, or email hello@courtconnect.au with your booking details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Full terms are in section 5 of our Terms of Use.
