Fill your empty courts
CourtConnect sends local players straight to your bookable times. You keep control of pricing and availability — we handle discovery, payments and the admin.
I'll set up your courts for you. It takes about 10 minutes.
Publish your courts and times
Add each court, set dates, start and end times and pricing, then mark slots available or unavailable. Double bookings can't happen. Once a slot is booked, it disappears from the list. Already have a booking system or take bookings by phone? Start by listing only the courts or time blocks you choose, for example weekday off-peak, so nothing clashes.
Get paid automatically
Players pay by card when they book. We pay out to your bank account daily via Stripe. Because players pay upfront, you're paid for the booking even if they don't turn up. Refunds on eligible cancellations are handled for you under the cancellation policy in our Terms.
See what's actually working
Earnings, occupancy and no-show rate per court, so you can price peak times properly and fill the quiet ones.
Simple commission
Free to list. No contract. No monthly fees. You only pay when we send you a booking: a flat $1.50 per booking, deducted automatically from your payout. Card processing fees are included in our fee.
Getting started
- 1. Register your interest with your venue name, suburb and email.
- 2. We set your account up as a venue owner and walk you through the dashboard.
- 3. Add courts, publish time slots with pricing, and connect your payout account.

Who's behind CourtConnect
CourtConnect is built by Curtis, a Sydney local and regular court player. I started it to help local courts fill quiet times and make it easier for players to find a court. When you list, I'll set up your courts personally, and you can reach me any time at hello@courtconnect.au.

What does it cost?
Free to list. No contract, no monthly fees. You pay only when we send you a booking. See Simple commission above.
Is there a contract?
No. You can pause or remove your listing at any time.
How do I get paid?
Automatically by bank transfer, paid out daily via Stripe.
What if a player cancels?
Refunds on eligible cancellations are handled for you under the cancellation policy in our Terms.
Can I choose which times to list?
Yes. You set the dates, times and prices, and mark any slot available or unavailable.
What about my existing booking system?
Start by listing only the courts or time blocks you choose, like weekday off-peak. Once a slot is booked on CourtConnect it's removed from the list, so it can't be double booked here.
Is GST included in your fee?
Yes. Our $1.50 fee includes GST.
Who handles player questions and issues?
We do. Players contact CourtConnect first, and we only reach out to you if something needs action at your venue.
